Our pricing is straightforward. You choose a monthly hourly plan, which sets your minimum hours. Each hour is billed at $50, regardless of whether all hours are used in a month.

There is no minimum or maximum engagement timeframe; all we ask is that you or your assistant provide a 14-day notice should either party decide to terminate services.

We typically work 9:00 am - 4:00 pm CT, but assistants are encouraged to work with their clients to be available during regular business hours in their client’s preferred time zone.

We encourage our assistants to set boundaries with regular business hours to avoid burnout, but this depends on the availability of your individual assistant. Some may choose to work outside business hours.

We will always aim to respond to and acknowledge client tasks within one hour, but task completion time may vary, within reason.
